          Rustproof Aluminum Frame

          Q1: Is it easy to install?

          A1: Our instructions have detailed installation steps and are marked with corresponding numbered stickers on each part. Some roof installation parts require more human help, so the cooperation of 2-4 people will make the whole installation process quick and labor-saving. In addition, ladder and pistol drill would be helpful. Of course, if you encounter any problems during installation, you can let us know and our after-sales team will answer your questions.

          Q2: I didn't receive any hardware or instructions.

          A2: If you have any hardware or installation instructions missing after receiving the package, please tell us immediately with your order number, and we will reissue the corresponding hardware and electronic instructions for you. If you plan to hire other professionals or friends to help you assemble the gazebo, we recommend that you confirm that all parts, hardware, and instructions are complete before contacting the installer.

          Q3: I did not receive all the parts.

          A3: Due to the size of the product, our gazebo will be delivered to you in 2 boxes. Usually, they don't arrive at the same time, so be patient if you've only received a few boxes of them. If you haven't received the complete 2 boxes of parts in 2 weeks, please tell us immediately, we will have a professional after-sales team to help you solve the problem together.

          Q4: How to install gazebo if a few holes are not aligned?

          A4: We are confident in the quality of our products, and we have gained the trust of many buyers. In our experience, it will be helpful to slightly loosen brackets under panels if holes not lining up. Fix the parts when they are all pre-connected.
